What’s in the box
| Insemination tubes, 46 cm, for Kiba Scope | 10× or 30× |
- Made for the Scope. Cut to 46 cm and thin enough to pass through the 3 mm channel in the Kiba Scope probe, fed in from the back of the handle.
- A rounded end. The front end is smooth and rounded. The maker makes the tubes from medical-grade plastic.
- Takes your syringe. A clear fitting at the back end takes your syringe once the guide wire is out.
- Fresh every time. One tube per insemination, thrown away after, so a tube is never cleaned or used twice.
Single use: a fresh tube for every insemination, thrown away afterwards. Spare tubes are breeding supplies for Kiba Scope, not a veterinary device.

A fresh tube for every insemination.
Everything in the Kiba Scope kit is used again and again except the tube: it goes in once and is thrown away. Twenty come in the kit. A spare pack keeps you stocked, so you are never short on the day she is ready.
How a tube is used
From the pack to the bin

Guide wire in
Take a fresh tube from the pack and slide one of the steel guide wires from your Kiba Scope kit into it, so the soft tube is stiff enough to pass.

Through the Scope
When the opening of the cervix is on the screen, feed the tube in from the back of the handle and steer it by the picture, 3 to 4 cm through the opening.

Wire out, syringe on
Draw the guide wire out of the tube by its loop, then fit your syringe to the clear fitting at the back of the handle and inseminate slowly.

Throw it away
Withdraw the tube with the probe and throw the tube away. Wipe the probe with an alcohol swab, and the Scope is ready for a fresh tube next time.

Ready on the day
Keep a pack with the Scope.
Her fertile window is only a few days long, and the tube is the one part you cannot clean and use again. A spare pack next to the Scope means the day she is ready is never the day you run out.
- 46 cm, rounded front end
- Clear fitting for your syringe
- Fits the 3 mm channel of Kiba Scope
Our promise
