Terms of Service

Welcome to Kiba Club. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Products & pricing

We do our best to display our products and prices accurately. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Not veterinary or medical devices

Kiba Club products are care equipment for healthy animals. Kiba Nest keeps newborn animals warm, Kiba Cloud is a bathing appliance and Kiba Kitchen is a cooking appliance. None of them diagnoses, treats or prevents any condition, and nothing on this site is veterinary advice. Sick, premature or fading animals need a vet. Homemade diets should follow a recipe from a vet or a qualified pet nutritionist.

Safe use

Read the instructions supplied with your product before use. These are mains-powered appliances: keep power adapters and control panels dry, use them only with the mains supply they are rated for, and do not leave animals unattended for long periods in or near them.

Orders

Once you place an order you'll receive a confirmation email. This confirms we've received your order, not that it has shipped. We'll send a second email when it ships.

Shipping & returns

Please see our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Warranty

Kiba Club products carry a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery against faults in materials and workmanship. If a fault appears, email us with your order number and a photo or short video and we will repair, replace or refund. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, water damage to electrical parts, or normal wear.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images and branding, belongs to Kiba Club and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability

Kiba Club is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

Kiba Club is based in New Zealand and these terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
