Nothing to throw away. No pads to bin and no turf to replace. Urine falls through the slats into a steel pan and is rinsed away.
Rinses itself. Two fan nozzles spray across the sloped pan when you open the tap. Water runs to the low corner and out through the drain outlet.
Steel all the way through. Frame, slats and pan are fully welded stainless steel. Steel does not hold on to smell, and a rinse brings it back to clean.
Lifts for a proper clean. The slatted top is hinged at the back. Lift it to reach the whole pan when you want to brush it down.

Kiba Rinse needs a tap or garden-hose point for the inlet and somewhere for the rinse water to drain. Check your building’s rules before draining from a balcony.

Connect the inlet hose

Screw the inlet hose to a tap or garden-hose point, and lead a drain hose from the outlet to a floor drain, a gutter or a garden bed.

The top is flat steel slats with gaps between them, so urine falls straight through to the pan below and paws stay out of it.

What do I need to connect it?

A tap or garden-hose point within reach of the inlet hose, and a route for the rinse water: a floor drain, a gutter or a garden bed. Tell us your set-up at info@kibaclub.com before you order and we will confirm the hoses and fittings in your box.

Does it flush by itself?

No. You open the tap to rinse and close it when the water runs clear. There is no sensor, timer or electricity.

What about solids?

Pick them up as you normally would, then rinse. The spray is for washing the pan, not for carrying solids down the drain hose.

Which size do I need?

Sizes are the top of the platform: Small 60 × 40 cm, Medium 80 × 50 cm, Large 110 × 75 cm. As a rule they should be able to stand and turn around on it. Email info@kibaclub.com with the breed and we will suggest one.

Will small paws slip between the slats?

The slats are about 2 cm wide with 2 cm gaps. That suits most dogs. For toy breeds and young puppies with very small paws, email info@kibaclub.com first.

Can I use it indoors?

Only where you have a tap connection and a floor drain, such as a wet room, laundry or garage. It is made for balconies, patios and porches.

Can I use it in freezing weather?

Yes, but disconnect and drain the inlet hose so water cannot freeze in it, and rinse with a bucket or watering can instead.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days and delivered by tracked courier, usually in 5 to 10 business days. Shipping is free and you get a tracking number by email.

What if it is not right for us?

Tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a return for a refund. If it arrives damaged or develops a fault in the first year, we repair, replace or refund. Full terms are in the refund policy.
